Belgian BeersOther Dark AlesDelirium Nocturnum A dark brown-red beer with a compact white-yellow, stable and lacy head. The arom has touches of caramel, mocha and chocolate, and spices such as liquorice and coriander. The flavour is initially alcohol and softness. This is followed by an increasing bitterness, partially from the hop, but also from the roasted malt and chocolate malt. Towards the end a nice balance between bitterness, sour and sweet. Oh and the bottle and glass feature a little pink elephent.
